Found these pics recently from Halloween last year. This was my first year we had stayed later than usual in Texas, and I just had to see what these pumpkins were all about.
We bought one at a roadside stall, and I set about to carve it.

With the continuing reports that Iran is proceeding with nuclear power research and development, the rest of the world is concerned.
But what will happen next? I shudder just thinking about the possibilities.
Iran is a sovereign country and they believe they have the right to research and develop nuclear technology.
Used as a deterent, nuclear weaponry is seeming to work. But if the flood gates are opened, and many more countries obtain the technology, then this could be terminal for all.
But what if some new scientists in a current non-nuclear country were to have success in developing nuclear fusion for energy, instead of fission for weaponry/dirty power. Yes, it is a big “what if”, but some day there should be success in the fusion field of atomic power generation.
